My first question would be relating to creating NPC's on the fly. I think I remember you saying something at one point of having a list of potential people on a notebook you could encounter if you didn't have anything pre planned.<br /><br />My second would be how effective would it be to incorporate NPC's you've never met or probably won't encounter in the game, and maybe provide examples.
