With the Church...I did use gods, and gleefully so.

With the Church of Starry Wisdom, that was already in the setting, as far as I am concerned. ravencrowkinghttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09315630554847698555noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1801483473113363785.post-44068318581636888352022-07-02T22:19:24.387-04:002022-07-02T22:19:24.387-04:00Dear Mr. Bishop, I know this thread is ancient his...Dear Mr. Bishop, I know this thread is ancient history, but I'm gearing up for a new DCC campaign in a couple of months and I'm planning on using ASE as a setting, with a heavy dose of MCC, DCC, Trilemma Adventures, and details from Ultraviolet Grasslands. From the sounds of it, your ASE campaign had a similar flavor to what I have in mind. I'm curious if you used deity worshiping clerics alongside ASE's AI gods? I was considering using the MCC Shaman as the "cleric" of the setting and maybe giving the wizard class access to healing spells. But maybe clerics of Shul, Justicia, etc. running around with techno shamans isn't a problem?
Scotthttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13345797801172581203noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1801483473113363785.post-88866983018463389132014-10-02T08:36:20.868-04:002014-10-02T08:36:20.868-04:00No, sorry. I, personally, like interconnected worlds. Appendix N is rife with them. In my case, I needed no connection between CUaBM and ASE, because the two are already well connected in theme and content. ASE 1 and 2-3 are available through Lulu. Google "Anomalous Subsurface Environment" and you are sure to find a link. ravencrowkinghttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09315630554847698555noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1801483473113363785.post-38081500216384840992014-10-01T18:10:44.078-04:002014-10-01T18:10:44.078-04:00Sounds fun!
